Cover and Executive Summary

Extinct Chain is a cross-chain NFT project built across Solana and Base. It combines collectible art, staking, treasury management, and holder utilities.

Phase 1 launched 555 NFTs on Solana and established the initial treasury and community base. Phase 2 adds 556 NFTs on Base to extend the project to a second chain and support additional on-chain features.
